You can cancel a HandNorth booking free up to 24 hours before the visit. After work starts, cancellation is no longer automatic — write the pro from the project, or use Report a problem, and a person reviews both sides. Stripe refunds apply when escrow is live.

1 What 24 hours means
Count back from the visit start on the project, not from when you feel unsure. If you are inside the window, expect a review rather than an instant full refund. We will not invent a restocking fee or a same-day penalty we have not published.
2 Canada and the U.S.
The 24-hour rule is the product rule everywhere we operate. Local consumer-protection law still applies in your province or, later, your U.S. state. If a statute is stricter, we follow the statute.
